Any refund will be made via the same method as the original transaction and in the case of credit/debit cards refunds will only be given back to the original card used in the initial transaction.

Unwanted Goods – Within 7 Days of Receipt

Return of unwanted goods:- The buyer must advise us in writing or by email that they wish to return items to us within 7 working days of the day after the original receipt of the goods, stating the reason for return. You will then be issued with a returns form which you must complete, sign and return with the unwanted goods. The goods must arrive with us unused and in a new, re-saleable condition.

The buyer must arrange for the return and pay for the goods to be sent back to us in the original, undamaged packaging if applicable. This means you are responsible for goods while in transit to us and if the goods are damaged when we receive them or are lost, you will not qualify for a refund and you will have to claim for any financial loss off your carrier. If the customer has decided to cancel the contract due to no fault of ours, then the original carriage charge will be deducted from any refund. Failure to abide by these conditions will invalidate your right to a free of charge refund.
